3 Stone Age Diet Recipes That Will Make You Lose 20 Pounds within a Week
In this day and age of fast food and gigantic proportions, we all forget one crucial factor. That factor is our health. Cooking today has a lot to do with fat, grease, oil and butter. Now, individually each of these items is not completely unhealthy. However, with proportions getting super-sized, the amount consumed has increased exponentially. Now it’s close to the holiday season and you need to lose weight for that special tux or dress you ordered.

Well, no need to worry anymore. Today, we will show you three recipes that are a throwback to the Stone Age. These Stone Age diet recipes are great as they use the natural cooking principle and focus on healthy eating with all the natural flavours of the ingredients used.
Our first recipe is a Mexican breakfast. Let us start assembling the ingredient list. We start by taking four eggs, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, half a teaspoon of cumin and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Next, we need a quarter of a teaspoon of sea salt, a quarter of a cup of chopped red onions, a chopped up green bell pepper and one diced jalapeno. Next, we need twelve pounds of pre-cooked chicken breasts that are chopped, a medium diced tomato and a quarter of a cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
Now let’s make the first of our Stone Age diet recipes. Put the coconut oil into a skillet (medium-sized) over medium heat. Next, take a small bowl and break your eggs. Next, add your cumin, chilli powder, sea salt and a tablespoon of water. Mix the mixture completely. Now put the bell pepper, jalapeno and onions into the skillet and cook till soft. Add the egg mixture and chicken breasts. Keep cooking till the eggs turn fluffy. Remove and mix in the tomatoes and cilantro. Your breakfast is ready.
Next, let us make a delicious combination of Bison and Chilli. We start with our tablespoon of coconut oil and half a medium yellow onion, diced. Next, we take three stalks of diced celery and two cloves of sliced garlic. Next, we take one quarter of ground bison along with two teaspoons of ground cumin and chilli powder and thyme. Next, we take a 12-ounce jar of salsa and an eight-ounce can of diced tomatoes. Finally, we need one-seventh ounce of mild green chillies and two tablespoons of sea salt.
Take a soup pot and put it on medium heat. Once the pan is heated, add the coconut oil. Next, add the garlic, onions and celery and cook for three to four minutes. Next, add the bison, thyme, chilli powder and cumin. Keep cooking for six minutes. Next add the salt, green chillies and salsa and keep cooking for another hour. Then it is ready.

Start by taking two large apples, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a quarter of a cup of purified water. Next, take two cups of strawberries with the leaves removed.

Take a sheet of teflex and pour this mixture on the sheet. Place it in a dehydrator for six to eight hours. Remove the sheet and remove the dried fruit mixture. Leave the mixture to dry for four to six hours before serving.
