Scrambled Eggs Are Not Difficult As You Think

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs for each person
- Stick of Butter or Cooking Spray
- Milk

Preparation

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove with the medium heat. Grease the pan with the stick of butter or cooking spray.

  2. Gently crack eggs into the bowl. Add two tablespoons of milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. Ensure that the yokes have completely separated and the added milk gives a lighter texture to the eggs.

  3. Add the beaten eggs onto the prepared frying pan. Take the spatula and begin to gently stir the eggs, ensuring that you run the spatula around the edges of the eggs, moving them towards the middle of the pan. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your satisfaction. Take the eggs out of the pan and place them on the dish. (Eggs can be cooked either well done or slightly runny, depending upon your preference. To ensure proper consistency, lower the gas if you need to)

Scrambled eggs may also be made in a stove by placing the ingredients in a metal bowl and alternately cooking and whisking until the desired consistency is achieved. Various health movements have led to the increased popularity of scrambled egg whites alone. It is also possible to make scrambled eggs in a microwave oven, by cooking the beaten egg mixture for short bursts, stopping regularly to stir. Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1-1/2 cups of milk
- 1-1/2 cups of cornmeal
- 1-1/2 sticks of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Salt

Baking Muffins

Preparation

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Add butter in the pan.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder and salt into the large bowl. Then, mix it until it has a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the milk butter and eggs into the medium bowl and also mix it.
  4. Add the mixed ingredient from the medium bowl into the large bowl. Then, stir until they’re damp and smooth.
  5. Take the batter to each of muffin hole in the preheated pan.
  6. Take the pan into the oven and bake about 15 minutes. (or until you see the muffins are golden-brown)
  7. Take it out and place it on the wire rack and wait until it’s warm (about 5 minutes).
  8. Take each piece of muffin out of the pan.
  9. Let them cool carefully in the large dish or tray, then, serve these muffins.

So I suggest you one menu, oatmeal which is easy to cook and full of nutrient. You just have microwave for boiling water with some tips of different types of oatmeal.

For the flavored oatmeal, unpack one bundle of oatmeal and take it in a bowl. Then, add a cup of milk or water. Take the bowl in the microwave and boil for 1 to 2 minutes on high. Take the bowl out and stir.

Second type, a cylindrical box of oatmeal which is normally unflavored oats, take 1/2 cup of oatmeal and add to a bowl, flavor a sauce pot on the oven. Add 1 cup of milk or water for each person or 3/4 cups of milk or water for 2 persons. Boil milk or water and stir in oats. Then, cook about 1 minute in medium heat and stir simultaneously.

Moreover, for the better taste, you can add some sugar, honey or fresh fruit whatever you like such as strawberry.

Baked Chicken Breast with Sweet Basil

Basil is a culinary herb prominently featured in Italian cuisine and also plays a major role in the Southeast Asian cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam and Laos. The plant tastes somewhat like anise, with a strong, pungent, sweet smell. There are many varieties of basil. That which is used in Italian food is typically called sweet basil, as opposed to Thai basil, lemon basil and holy basil, which are used in Asia. While most common varieties of basil are treated as annuals, some are perennial in warm, tropical climates, including African Blue and Holy Thai basil.

- 10 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1/2 chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Prepare chicken in single layer in baking dish.
  2. Add yogurt, basil and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Blend them well and spread over chicken.
  3. Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan and sprinkle over chicken.
    (If making before, cover and freeze about 6 hours.)
  4. Bake chicken in the oven with 375-degrees heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is ripe.

BCP is the only product identified in nature that activates CB2 selectively; it interacts with one of two cannabinoid receptors (CB2), blocking chemical signals that lead to inflammation, without triggering cannabis's mood-altering effects.
