Scrambled Eggs Are Not Difficult As You Think

About the preparation, it is also possible to make scrambled eggs in a microwave oven, by cooking the beaten egg mixture for short bursts, stopping regularly to stir but now I’d like to show you to make it with the stove.

Kitchenware
- Non-Stick 5-7” frying pan
- Spatula
- Bowl
- Fork
- Dish

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs for each person
- Stick of Butter or Cooking Spray
- Milk
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove with the medium heat. Grease the pan with the stick of butter or cooking spray.

  2. Gently crack eggs into the bowl. Add two tablespoons of milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. Ensure that the yokes have completely separated and the added milk gives a lighter texture to the eggs.

  3. Add the beaten eggs onto the prepared frying pan. Take the spatula and begin to gently stir the eggs, ensuring that you run the spatula around the edges of the eggs, moving them towards the middle of the pan. Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to your satisfaction. Take the eggs out of the pan and place them on the dish. (Eggs can be cooked either well done or slightly runny, depending upon your preference. To ensure proper consistency, lower the gas if you need to)

Scrambled eggs may also be made in a stove by placing the ingredients in a metal bowl and alternately cooking and whisking until the desired consistency is achieved. Various health movements have led to the increased popularity of scrambled egg whites alone.
