Speedy Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp - Tomatoes and Feta

After you work hard all day, I'm sure that cooking some dish for dinner can make you feel terrible, So, I'd like to help you for today's menu. It's a simple and easy dish and you can finish it quickly, I'm talking about pasta. Although I know most of you have already known how to cook it, I just want to tell you the easier preparation.

- Large nonstick skillet
- Knife
- Spatula

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pound shrimp large (peeled and divined)
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, petite diced, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
1. Preheat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
2. Add garlic and cook about 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Add wine, lemon juice, tomatoes, oregano and shrimp.
4. Cover and simmer until shrimp are cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in feta.
6. Serve over cooked noodles; garnish with parsley.
